Elk Protein Bowl 

 

Approximate cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients: 

 

  • ground elk
  • sweet potato
  • dried cranberries
  • broccoli
  • spinach
  • mushrooms
  • virgin coconut oil
  • organic all natural worcestershire sauce
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper  

 

 

Directions :

In a sauce pan cook 1 lb ground meat and sweet potatoes separately. Add Worcestershire sauce and Himalayan sea salt to ground meat. When its half done add broccoli, let it cook then add diced 1/2 cup of red onions, 1/2 cup of mushrooms and pepper. When it's completely done add hand full of diced spinach. Cook 1 diced sweet potato when half done add Himalayan sea, Italian seasoning and 1-2 tables spoons Worcestershire Sauce. Mix it all together in a big ass bowl and add dried cranberries! If it's dry then throw in another tablespoon of virgin coconut oil. Prep & cook time is no longer then 17 mins. Feeds about 3-5 ppl.
