Split pea soup
Split peas are an excellent source of complex carbs, potassium, vitamin K, protein and fiber. Fiber supports healthy gut microbiota, aiding in the digestion of certain foods.
Food Tip: Serve with grass-fed bison sliders and a side of avocado for a good source of protein and healthy fats.
